3,3′,5,5′-Tetrabromobisphenol A is a brominated derivative of bisphenol A commonly used as a flame retardant. Its removal from the aquatic environment using the environmental-friendly chitosan (CS)/poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) nanofibrous membranes is reported.
